1、 Company Overview

Based on 15 years of experience serving large logistics companies in China, including customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, and shipping in the United States, we began providing final services such as Hwint clearance and delivery in the US market in 2015 to further serve cross-border logistics and e-commerce end customers in China. Starting from the end of 2024, we will increase our investment and upgrade our Hwint service project to become Timle's global final clearance and delivery service system.  

The Timle global service system is jointly composed of Chinese legal entities such as Shenzhen Overseas Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Customs and Trade Compliance, Logistics Solutions), Shenzhen Haiyingtong Logistics Co., Ltd. (US Logistics Contract Subject), Hong Kong Hou Express Co., Ltd., US Hwint Logistics (Importer), FOUR SEASONS CHB (Customs Clearance Agent, Freight Forwarder), UK Timle Limited, and France Timle SARL. Currently, Timle has 2 customs clearance agencies in the United States, with warehouses and self operated fleets in both the West and East of the country. The customs container pickup fleet has 16 dedicated drivers. In 2024, the total number of customs cleared and transshipped containers in the United States for the year was nearly 9600 TEUs. By the end of 2024, our business has also blossomed in Europe, Britain, Australia, Brazil, Türkiye and other markets. The total business volume of B2C small package special line clearing and dispatching, B2B large cargo clearing and dispatching, and tail express account has developed rapidly, and has now surpassed the U.S. market as the company's new business pillar. In the Mexican market, we independently load containers, cautiously expand, and advance step by step. Our full chain business maintains a scale of about 5 containers per week, steadily expanding our business line.

The core members of the company have over 20 years of rich industry experience and have a comprehensive understanding of B2B/B2C customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing related business and market knowledge in China's cross-border e-commerce market, as well as in countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Russia, and Southeast Asia. The main founders in China have served as senior experts in logistics, trade, intellectual property, product compliance, and other fields for well-known logistics companies or cross-border e-commerce companies such as UPS, DHL, Cainiao Network, Winit, and Youkeshu. They have also served as senior consultants for multiple domestic logistics enterprises, cross-border e-commerce sales, and logistics companies driven by integrated logistics data and technology with financing amounts exceeding 100 million yuan in Pre-A round. In 2024, he was hired by the Shenzhen Cross border E-commerce Association and became a founding member of the International Trade Conflict Management Committee. He was awarded the "Craftsmanship Empowerment Service Award" for outstanding enterprises in the ChinaGo cross-border e-commerce industry in 2024. In 2025, he won the 7th ChinaGo Cross border E-commerce Annual Air China Haijia Award and Sunshine Guardian Award (Comprehensive Empowerment) from the Shenzhen Cross border E-commerce Association. The main founder of the company, who immigrated to the United States with his family members at the age of 8, began working in the customs clearance department of Hecny Group in the United States as an adult. He was later promoted to department general manager and then started his own business to expand his business scope in the United States. He runs two customs clearance companies and provides customized logistics solutions for traditional first mile logistics companies, cross-border e-commerce customers, and other related enterprises in the United States, serving 12 of the top 36 domestic cross-border e-commerce logistics companies.  

Timle has B2C small parcel dedicated clearance and delivery, B2B bulk clearance and delivery, and final express account services in Europe, the UK, and Australia. It focuses on air freight B2C small parcel customs clearance and transportation business, mainly cooperating with suppliers on domestic platforms such as Shein and Temu, as well as major logistics first mile air freight market makers and large e-commerce direct sellers. It is currently the most stable and specialized business unit in Timle's global service system for final clearance and delivery services.

At present, we not only serve the domestic products sold in China to various parts of the world, but also provide timely and professional services for the transportation and transfer of goods between different countries and regions around the world.
